A versatile musician influenced by jazz and classical music, David Brito gets his master in pedagogy in 2006 and then a concert master in 2009 in the class of Marc-Antoine Bonanomi in the Haute Ecole de musique de Lausanne. Then he completed his jazz studies with Bänz Oester and Larry Grenadier at the Hochschule für Musik in Basel.
David Brito teaches double bass at the Conservatory of Lausanne and is a member of Argovia philharmonic, Collegium Musicum Basel. He is a member of the group Ochumare Quartet of the violinist and singer Yilian Cañizares with whom he produced in concert tours and concerts in the main festivals in Europe and America.
